We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down engines (though it’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers opportunities for career growth, whether full-time or part-time, and is ideal for those interested in exploring the automotive industry.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone
• Use your parts knowledge to support team members and customers
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive experiences
• Engage customers and bring energy to our fast-paced stores
• Operate technology systems including computers, cash registers, and catalog systems

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License

• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in retail, auto body, or collision repair
• Knowledge of inventory and cataloging systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
