Founded in 1998, Appliance & A/C Parts has built a reputation for dependable five-star service. We’re looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Counter Sales Representative to join our team! In this key role, you’ll assist customers with appliance and air conditioning parts sales, ensuring a friendly and knowledgeable experience every time.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
  2. Help identify and locate replacement parts using schematics, descriptions, or model numbers
  3. Answer phones and assist with incoming calls
  4. Recommend and order both in-stock and special-order parts
  5. Process transactions, returns, and orders accurately
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance
  7. Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  2. People skills – you love helping others!
  3. Appliance parts experience a plus, but not required
