Join to apply for the Store Counter Sales role at NAPA Auto Parts

We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors—though that’s a plus—just a good background and knowledge of automotive parts are essential.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
2. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
3. Delivering outstanding customer service
4. Engaging with customers to create a positive experience
5. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers
