Join us to apply for the Store Counter Sales role at NAPA Auto Parts.

We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. While knowledge of automotive parts is essential, you don't need to be able to tear down engines—though that’s a bonus.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience
• Engaging with customers to foster a welcoming environment
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, phones, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong listening skills and empathy

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with cataloging and inventory systems
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
