Your Responsibilities and Requirements

With numerous locations and a self-service shopping model, we help you save time and money on plumbing products. We also offer additional services to enhance brand recall and ensure you have the products you need, when and where you need them.

As a Counter Sales Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with inquiries, help locate merchandise, and support receiving, stocking, and store cleanliness. All duties are performed in a store POS checkout environment.

Northeast Valley Locations:

• Scottsdale, Raintree Dr
• Mesa, Country Club
• McKellips, Scottsdale Rd
• East Mesa, Southern Ave

Hours: Sunday - Thursday

What you’ll do

• Monitor unloading of materials, ensure proper staging, and accurate reporting.
• Store materials properly, comply with safety procedures.
• Resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and store presentation.
• Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

What you’ll need

• High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Experience in retail sales or merchandising.
• Knowledge of hardware and plumbing products; willingness to learn.
• Flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to travel between store locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds frequently.
