We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable individuals to be the face of our retail store, assisting customers with their automotive needs. A background in automotive parts is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing auto parts advice and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
- Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences.
- Engaging with customers to foster a welcoming environment.
- Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs to assist customers.
Who We’re Looking For
- Individuals who enjoy helping customers with auto parts questions.
- Experience in automotive or related tinkering/repair work is a plus.
- Willingness to learn automotive fundamentals.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or eagerness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for automotive or related industries.
- Experience in cataloging or inventory systems.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
