We are more than just a Parts Store and are seeking talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. Prior automotive repair experience is not required, but a background in automotive parts knowledge is essential.

What you will be doing:

1. Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone.
2. Support team members by sharing your parts knowledge.
3. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
4. Bring energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores.
5. Engage with customers to ensure a welcoming environment.
6. Utilize technology including computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

Requirements:

Additional preferred qualifications:

1. Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, farm, or dealership industries.
2. Experience in retail, auto body, or collision parts stores.
3. Knowledge of inventory and catalog systems.
4. Customer-centric mindset.
5. ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
