An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join their team in Michigan. This full-time role involves engaging with customers, managing store operations, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Position Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
In this role, you will be trained to perform all Parker Store Customer Service and Warehouse Operations providing coverage at our various locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, opening/operating/closing the store, assisting customers in person and over the phone, entering orders into the business system, reviewing/pulling/preparing/packaging/shipping orders, and ensuring all other general store operations are performed according to procedures and policies.
