Altorfer Inc. is seeking a supervisory role to lead a team of four store employees in a busy shop/warehouse environment. You will assist customers with sales and rental equipment, handle computer input for billings, and coordinate deliveries and pickups.

The position requires experience with equipment applications, strong customer service, and the ability to train customers on machine operation. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required, with on-call responsibilities and

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related work and management experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with applications of various equipment and sales items.
• Ability to train and educate customers on machine operation.
• Strong customer service orientation with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
• Must have a clear phone voice and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 4 store employees.
• Assist customers with sales and rental equipment needs.
• Input rental and sale billings, ordering, stocking and selling of supplies.
• Load/unload equipment, schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Be on call 24 hours.
