Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience using consultative skills.
• Assist customers with printing, signs & graphics, and shipping product information.
• Take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment and manage the production queue.
• Process financial transactions using a POS terminal and handle cash.
