FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a consultative customer experience in a busy retail environment. You will assist customers with printing, signs and graphics, and shipping, while taking orders, pricing items, and guiding them to the right FedEx Office products and services.

You will operate a range of equipment, manage the production queue, and help maintain a safe, clean store. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, plus the ability to work with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilités

• Take orders and provide pricing and product information
• Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping
• Suggest FedEx Office products and services to meet customer needs
• Operate and maintain printing, binding and related equipment
• Move boxes, stock materials and manage retail store queue and tasks
• Process financial transactions at the POS and handle cash as needed
