Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience by using consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions across print, signs & graphics and shipping.

You will take orders, quote pricing, operate printing and binding equipment, assemble parcels, manage the production queue, and help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment to support daily FedEx Office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping product lines and can recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information.
• Operates printing, binding and related equipment and maintains a clean, orderly store.
• Processes financial transactions using a POS terminal and handles cash.
• Assists in training store team members.
