Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant who delivers a positive customer experience across print, signs and graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products and services while coordinating in-store activities and managing the production queue.

You will operate a range of equipment, move packages, and ensure excellent service through consultative problem solving, accurate pricing, and adherence to safety and store standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 6+ months of specialized experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consultative customer experience across print, signs & graphics and shipping.
• Take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Coordinate in-store activities and manage the production queue.
• Operate a variety of equipment and move boxes and items as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment.
• Assist in training store team members and follow supervisory instructions.
• Process financial transactions at POS and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandising and product offerings to support sales.
