Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant who delivers a positive customer experience while utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs and provide solutions. You will handle orders, pricing, and product information across print, signs & graphics, and shipping, and operate printing and related equipment.

You will also maintain a clean, safe store, manage production queues, stock materials, and assist with financial transactions per store policies. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
