Job summary

FedEx Office Store is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience by using consultative skills to anticipate needs and suggest FedEx Office products and services. This role covers print, signs & graphics, and shipping, taking orders, providing pricing, and guiding customers to the right solutions.

The Store Consultant will operate and maintain equipment, manage production queues, stock materials, and support the store team while adhering to procedures and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions.
• Assists in the training of store team members.
• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s needs and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information.
