Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Store Coach in Rockwall, TX. The Restaurant Supervisor Lead is second in command on the store leadership team, coaching Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning operations alongside the General Manager.

You will set the tone for the team, welcome guests and model the MOD culture where everyone belongs. This role leads with care and supports internal growth across the restaurant family.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others.
• Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; coaching in a compassionate manner.
• Customer service skills and ability to stay calm and focused.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high.
• Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for Squad Crew and customers.
• Listen, acknowledge and resolve squad crew and customer concerns; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage shift duties checklists and address/escalate any equipment malfunctions.
• Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad and celebrate wins.
