MOD Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor Lead at our Prosper, TX location. You will lead, coach and develop Shift Supervisors and Crew, guiding restaurant operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll model MOD’s welcoming culture, uphold standards, and help the team grow while promoting internal careers. This role offers opportunities to lead with integrity and foster community connection.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards with compassion.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the shift tone and high energy level.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for Squad Crew and customers.
• Keyholder cash handling responsibilities.
• Address and resolve Squad crew and customer concerns; escalate to GM when needed.
• Manage shift duties, checklists, and equipment issues.
• Support growth and well-being of the Squad and celebrate wins.
