• You are the Store Manager's right hand, supporting daily operations and driving our mission in your store.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
• Responsible for store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses in partnership with the Store Manager.
