Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years supermarket management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists the store manager in implementing an in-store sales-building culture and merchandising programs.
• Provides for guest satisfaction and front-end service commitment.
• Achieves budgeted financial results and assists in store performance.
• Maintains asset protection, shrink control, and inventory management.
• Controls store expenses and manages wage budgets.
• Assists in staffing, forecasting, recruitment, training, and development of hi-potential staff.
• Ensures performance expectations are clear and conducts performance reviews.
• Conducts frequent store walks to monitor conditions.
• Trains and develops store management, especially department managers.
• Maintains sanitation and food safety standards across the store.
• Fosters positive morale and effective communications with Store Manager and hosts.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and all laws and policies.
• Maintains a safe facility for guests and hosts.
• Center Store Co-Manager responsibilities.

Education
