Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing an in-store sales-building culture with merchandising programs and weekly plans.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and fast service standards front-end.
• Achieve budgeted financial results for the store.
• Protect assets: merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment; monitor shrink.
• Assist in staffing: forecast needs, recruit and train; develop talent bench.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct regular store walks to monitor conditions and safety.
• Train and develop store management and department managers.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Foster positive morale and effective communication with hosts.
