Job summary

Michaels Anchorage Store is hiring for a team member to maintain cleanliness and store appearance, assist customers, and support checkout and omni-channel processes. You will dust, mop, and handle trash per procedures while upholding safety guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding items.
• Collect and dispose of trash per procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors following procedures.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and return to correct places.
• Deep clean key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, high-traffic areas).
• Notify supervisor of supply needs and keep equipment neat.
• Assist with checkout, rewards program enrollments, and omni-channel processes.
