You will handle routine checkout tasks, engage customers about rewards programs, and participate in omni-channel activities like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Preferred experience in retail or cleaning.
• Able to stand long periods and move around the store.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery duties.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Handle checkout tasks and cash handling in line with standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and private label credit cards.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
