Job summary

The Michaels Companies Chelmsford, MA store is seeking a store associate to maintain high standards of cleanliness and assist customers. You will help shoppers locate items, support checkout, and participate in omnichannel operations such as BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding merchandise.
• Assist with checkout, cash handling, and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omnichannel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store).
• Stocking, unloading trucks, and following planograms (POGs).
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines while performing duties.
