Job summary

Peoplemark is seeking a dependable Retail Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety in our retail store. You will handle daily cleaning tasks across the showroom, restrooms, offices, and exterior areas, ensuring the facility meets health and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently during the shift. This position pays $16.00 per hour and includes first and weekend shift options in Queen Creek, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical safety, dilution ratios, and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Floor care: sweep, mop, vacuum, and use floor scrubbers as needed.
• Surface sanitization: clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces across the store.
• Restroom maintenance: clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Waste management: empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
• Spill response: act quickly to spills and post hazard signage.
• Exterior upkeep: tidy entrances and storefront areas.
• Inventory monitoring: track supplies and notify leadership when restocking is needed.
