Peoplemark is seeking a dependable Retail Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation of our retail store. You will handle cleaning tasks across showroom, restrooms, offices, and exterior areas, ensuring health standards are met.

The role emphasizes daily floor care, surface sanitization, restroom upkeep, waste management, spill response, and exterior upkeep with attention to safety and efficiency. Strong reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or retail maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and PPE usage.
• Ability to operate or learn heavy cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and floor care daily.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces and display areas.
• Maintain and restock restrooms.
• Manage waste and recycling across store.
• Respond quickly to spills and hazards.
• Keep exterior walkways clean and free of litter.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs.
