Job summary

Kohl's in Florence, AL is hiring a store associate. You will help keep the store clean and safe, greet customers, and assist with product availability and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.

You will follow Kohl's standards, complete required training, perform basic stocking and maintenance tasks, and collaborate with the store team using Kohl's tools. Early morning shifts start at 6am, and flexible availability is required. Starting wage is $14.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by placing orders and rotating stock.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
