Job summary

Kohl's in Wisconsin is hiring a Store Associate responsible for maintaining a safe, clean store environment and performing daily cleaning tasks to support a great customer experience.

You will clean floors, restrooms, windows, and stock supplies, follow Kohl's procedures, complete training, and assist with receiving, stockroom, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed. Starting pay is $14.10 per hour with early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store daily following Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment for safety.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies and rotate storage as needed.
• Complete required training for chemical safety and equipment.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
