Job summary

Michaels Davenport is seeking a part-time Retail Store Environmental Team Member to maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist customers across high-traffic areas. You will perform cleaning, stocking, and checkout-related tasks while supporting omni-channel processes and store operations.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and sanitizing duties across store areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash per procedures.
• Dust, mop floors, and clean assigned areas.
• Move and organize equipment and products as needed.
• Assist with checkout and rewards enrollment.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram implementation.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
