Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of the scrubber and buffer
• Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store, including Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms
• Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End
• Be cross-trained in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)
• Support Front End coverage needs
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery activities as needed
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction
• Communicate effectively with management and associates
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break policies
• Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Physical stamina for cleaning tasks and operating floor equipment
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Effective team player, working well with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
