Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of scrubber and buffer
• Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for all store areas (Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, Restrooms)
• Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End
• Be cross-trained in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor)
• Support Front End coverage needs as required
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day
• Adhere to operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction
• Communicate effectively with management and associates
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break policies
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
