Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of the scrubber and buffer
• Keep all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the store, including Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms
• Follow all health and safety policies (including refilling essential items in Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End)
• Be cross-trained in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)
• Support Front End coverage needs
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery activities as needed
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrink
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures, including break and meal periods
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
