Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of the scrubber and buffer
• Ensures cleanliness and organization across the store, including sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
• Follows all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items
• Cross-trained in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)
• Supports Front End coverage as needed
• Upholds merchandising and signage standards
• Participates in store recovery and operational controls
• Communicates effectively with management and team members
• Adheres to labor laws and policies, including break periods
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
