Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for the Wichita store to maintain a clean, safe environment and deliver friendly customer service. You will assist shoppers, help with rewards enrollments, and support BOPIS/SFS processes while upholding store standards and company policies.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting and moving stock, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed. 16+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Authorized to work in the United States; minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards throughout the shift.
• Dust and mop floors, collect and dispose of trash per procedures.
• Help customers, assist with rewards program enrollments and store pickup processes.
• Participate in stocking, planograms, and truck un-load duties.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
