Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Wichita Falls, TX to maintain cleanliness and assist customers in finding products while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

Responsibilities include checkout duties, rewards program enrollments, stock replenishment, and participation in store safety and shrink programs. Candidates should have retail or cleaning experience and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old to work at Michaels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Handle cash at checkout to standard.
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Support stocking, planograms, shrink and safety programs.
