Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a store teammate in Round Rock, TX to maintain cleanliness and assist customers. You will perform cleaning tasks, support stocking and planogram execution, and contribute to a positive store environment.

You will interact with customers, help them find items, and participate in checkout activities while upholding safety and store standards. Flexibility for varied shifts is expected to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards and assist with omni-channel processes.
• Assist with stocking, truck unload, and planogram (POGs) processes; participate in shrink and safety programs.
