You will analyze sales trends for real-time decisions, lead recruitment and development, and ensure brand standards are consistently met while managing scheduling and payroll to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role.

• Strong people leadership with coaching, feedback, and succession planning.

• Own and execute the store business plan to meet KPI goals.
