• Brand Experience: Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values to create an engaging FP experience.
• Brand Experience: Creates selling initiatives and empowers the team through personalized service and styling.
• Brand Experience: Delivers omni-channel experiences using store systems and processes.
• Leadership + Team Management: Exercises decision-making while prioritizing service over tasks.
• Leadership + Team Management: Manages store environment, pace, and daily zone to drive sales.
• Leadership + Team Management: Teaches product knowledge and brand messaging for great customer interactions.
• Visual + Business Operations: Supports daily office procedures and store operations.
