Job Description

Welcome to the role of Convenience Store Attendant! As a friendly face of our store, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with purchases, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. We seek someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers professionally
2. Operate cash registers and handle transactions
3. Process payments and provide change
4. Stock shelves and receive incoming goods
5. Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
6. Assist customers with product queries
7. Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
8. Follow safety regulations
9. Handle customer complaints politely
