If you're looking for a part-time job, a seasonal position, or a new gig, HoneyBaked could be for you. Our schedules are perfect for students, teachers, retirees — really, anyone who wants to earn extra income and needs to work around school, family, or other commitments. We offer TRULY FLEXIBLE work schedules and better hours! Our stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers via phone, in-store, catering, and retail, providing excellent service in a friendly manner. Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
2. Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge, articulate features and benefits, and drive sales through suggestions.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Take initiative, stay productive throughout the shift, and assume responsibility for activities within control.
6. Follow all processes, procedures, and safety policies, ensuring compliance in all areas.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior customer service or food prep experience preferred—experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales, or store associate is a plus! Bring your restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience to HoneyBaked.

Additional Information

Physical dexterity and mobility are required, including working with hot equipment. Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, standing, twisting, and lifting tasks.
