Join the Honey Baked Ham Company - Store Associate Year-Round

Become part of the #HamFam! Whether you're seeking a part-time role, seasonal work, or a new opportunity, HoneyBaked offers flexible schedules suitable for students, teachers, retirees, and anyone needing to work around other commitments. Our stores operate Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and in-store, providing excellent service and responding positively to requests and comments.
• Help with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, highlight features and benefits, and promote add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative, stay productive, and be responsible for your activities during shifts.
• Follow all processes, procedures, and safety policies consistently.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior customer service or food prep experience is preferred, including roles such as cook, cashier, crew member, or sales associate. Bring your experience from restaurant, retail, grocery, or hospitality sectors.
