The Retail Store Associate position offers a chance to work in a leading retail setting, excelling in a customer-focused role, working independently and as part of a team to positively impact lives.

Essential Functions:

1. Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
2. Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
