The Seasonal Retail Store Associate position is a limited-time employment opportunity to support increased summer business and tourism now through Labor Day. The Retail Store Associate provides an opportunity to excel in a customer-focused role, working independently and as part of a team, to support store operations and customer service.

Essential Functions
∙ Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues
∙ Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items
∙ Performing cashier duties accurately, handling transactions per company policies
∙ Restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
∙ Supporting opening and closing store activities
∙ Assisting other departments like photo and beauty
∙ Supporting pharmacy staff when needed
∙ Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs

Minimum Qualifications
∙ At least 16 years of age

Physical Requirements
∙ Standing for extended periods
∙ Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
∙ Visual acuity for detailed tasks

Preferred Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience

Education
High School diploma or equivalent

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 20
Time Type: Part time
Pay Range: $15.49 - $22.00 per hour
