The Retail Store Associate position offers an opportunity in a leading retail setting to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
2. Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
3. Performing cashier duties accurately, handling transactions following company policies.
4. Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, updating pricing, and inventory management.
5. Supporting opening and closing activities as needed.
