The Retail Store Associate position offers an opportunity in a leading retail setting to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role. You will work both independently and as part of a team to make a positive difference in customers' lives.

Essential Functions:

1. Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving service issues.
2. Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items when needed.
3. Performing cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit transactions according to company policies.
4. Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed.
5. Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
6. Providing support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
7. Assisting pharmacy personnel and working in the pharmacy when needed, with opportunities for growth and career development.
