This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with starting pay of $18.00/hour and scheduled wage increases through Year 5, training at a nearby store before opening the new location.

You will collaborate with the ALDI team, follow policies, and deliver friendly, responsive service while maintaining safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product and maintain clean shelves.
• Cashier duties using POS system and process purchases.
• Assist in curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to vehicles.
• Follow loss-prevention and cash handling procedures.
• Support management to achieve operational efficiency and safety.
