Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate in Hazleton, PA to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain a clean store while delivering exceptional customer service as part of the ALDI team.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with starting wage of $19.50 per hour and scheduled increases through Year 5. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate POS system to scan purchases and resolve scanning issues.
• Cash handling in accordance with policies.
• Open additional lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, safe store and follow policies.
