Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (POS, cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers).
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Operate POS to scan and process purchases accurately.
• Stock shelves and displays per merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and deliver to customers’ vehicles.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures and follow store policies.
• Support store management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment in working order.
