Lidl US is hiring Store Associates to keep our stores running smoothly, delivering a fast, customer-focused shopping experience. You’ll support checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotional setups in a dynamic, team-based environment.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and starting pay of $19.00 per hour. This role involves staying active in a high-paced setting and requires lifting up to 45 lbs and adaptability across multiple store functions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals with urgency and Lidl's processes.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across the store.
• Operate the register accurately and memorize PLUs.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and resolve issues.
