Job summary

Lidl US Store Associates keep our stores running with a fast-paced, customer‑focused experience that makes Lidl a global leader. You’ll support checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions in one shift, learning Lidl’s global business from the ground up.

We offer a structured, team-based environment with clear efficiency standards and strong operational execution. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, plus generous benefits and dedicated training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Switch between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas to meet store needs.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
• Keep the store clean across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately and memorize PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns and resolve issues.
• Help keep inventory accurate and stock-loss low.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Work closely with the team to complete daily tasks for the next shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
