Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Effective, friendly communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs and reaching overhead.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce.
• Meet productivity goals with urgent, efficient work.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up promotional displays with accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintain high cleanliness across store areas.
• Operate the register accurately and memorize PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries and process returns.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reduce stock loss.
• Follow safety procedures for a safe environment.
• Support daily tasks for smooth shift handoffs.
